Should you unexpectedly need to cancel your appointment, you can do so on working days at least 48 hours in advance by phone.
Appointments on Monday must be cancelled by phone the previous Thursday.
Appointments on Tuesday must be cancelled the previous Friday.
If not cancelled in time, the appointment may be charged.
