Onderzoek toont aan dat een elektrische tandenborstel velen malen effectiever is en meer tandplak verwijdert. Wel is het belangrijk om op de juiste methode te leren poetsen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik tandpasta met fluoride. Fluoride tandpasta maakt uw tanden minder kwetsbaar voor zuur van bacteri\u00ebn. Het is daarom ook beter om niet uw mond te spoelen na het tandenpoetsen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik flossdraad, stokers en ragers. Met de tandenborstel is het niet mogelijk om bij alle kleine ruimtes te komen.
